About Your Coach: Dr. Troy Briscoe
Troy Briscoe is a Doctor of Chiropractic with a Master of Science in Strength & Human Performance from Parker University and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Exercise Physiology from Texas A&M University. Since 2017, he has worked with clients across a wide spectrum — from beginners learning foundational movement, to athletes pursuing peak performance, to patients rebuilding strength through rehabilitation.

With nearly a decade of health and fitness coaching experience, Troy has built a professional foundation rooted in exercise physiology, biomechanics, and evidence-based strength training principles. His background includes personal training, strength and conditioning coaching, and advanced clinical internships in sports rehabilitation and performance settings. He has also conducted research in human performance, further sharpening his ability to bridge the gap between science and practice.

Troy is credentialed as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength & Conditioning Association and a Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC-1). He also holds additional qualifications in corrective exercise and functional movement, reflecting his commitment to helping clients train safely, effectively, and for long-term performance.

Above all else, Troy is a follower of Christ Jesus. Through Kingdom Strength Institute, he brings together his academic training, coaching experience, and clinical expertise to equip men and women with the tools to train wisely, grow stronger, and honor God through the stewardship of their health, both physical and spiritual.
